Remember Me offers handmade memorial gifts and comfort kits. When you purchase our products, you’re not just receiving a meaningful keepsake—you’re also supporting our mission to provide free bracelet kits to grieving families. Because of you, more hearts are held and more memories honored. Each £15 gift helps cover the postage cost for two free bracelet kits, lovingly sent to grieving families. All products are crafted with care and intention.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering and is processed securely through approved payment providers.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Purchased products are dispatched within [X] working days. Delivery times vary depending on location. Free bracelet kits are sent at no cost, including postage, to qualifying grieving families. We do not accept liability for delays caused by postal services or customs
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed promptly once a claim is validated.
5. Consumer Rights
You have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your legal rights.
6. Donations
Donations are used solely to fund the production and distribution of free bracelet kits to grieving families. All donations are non-refundable.
